The Sculpted platform is full to the brim of classes. To help you navigate them each class category has it’s own set of filters.

The filters explained

  • No props required for this standard mat Pilates class, perfect if you need something quick and simple to work the body.

  • Here we use a selection of props to add resistance to your workout from light dumbbells to ankle weights to a Pilates ball to resistance bands to blocks.

  • These are your shorter classes for when you don’t have much time. Perfect for when you’re on the go.

  • Some of our classes are suitable for pregnancy, narrow down to find out which ones are.
