Delivery

Each Sculpted Reformer is made to order, so please allow time for yours to be crafted and shipped. We'll keep you updated at every stage, from order to dispatch to delivery. Your reformer is delivered right to your door.

Because each bed is made specifically for you once you order, lead times apply. You'll be given an estimated timeframe at checkout and kept informed throughout. Your Reformed membership is yours to activate either before your bed arrives, so you can start moving with us on the mat straight away, or wait until your bed arrives.

What to expect on delivery day

Your reformer arrives by courier, delivered to your door and where possible the courier will help bring it inside and open the crate for you. It comes in a sturdy wooden crate built to protect it on its journey, so it's large and heavy, and you'll need a couple of basic tools (a hammer and a small crowbar or pry bar) to open it. We'd recommend having someone on hand to help you move and unpack it, and to be in to receive it. Once it's out of the crate, it folds away easily and is simple to move around your home.

Returns

We want you to love your reformer. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your reformer is delivered to let us know you'd like to return it.

To return your reformer:

  • Let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing marcella@sculptedbymarcella.com

  • The reformer must be returned unused and in its original packaging, in fully resaleable condition

  • Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. As the reformer is a large, heavy item, please keep your original crate and packaging safe until you're sure you're keeping it

  • Once we've received your reformer and checked it's in original condition, we'll refund you

  • Please note: as each reformer is made to order, we're unable to accept returns where the packaging has been discarded or the bed shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marcella@sculptedbymarcella.com with photographs, and we'll put it right. Your reformer also carries a one-year warranty covering replacement parts and accessories.

Accessories & smaller items

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is covered by you unless the item is faulty.
