Every Sculpted Reformer is made to order. Production takes 12 to 16 weeks from the date your order goes into production. For orders placed during a launch window, production begins once that window closes.
You'll get an estimated delivery window when you order, and I'll keep you posted at every stage, from production to dispatch to delivery. The moment I have a shipping date, you'll have it too. I'd rather give you a wide window and beat it than a tight one and let you down.
Your Reformed membership doesn't have to wait for the bed. Activate it as soon as you order and start on the mat straight away, or hold it until your reformer arrives. Whichever suits you.
Delivery service and cost
Your reformer is delivered by a two-person team who bring it into your home and place it in the room of your choice. You'll be given a delivery date and time slot, and you'll be able to track your delivery.
Free two-person delivery is included across mainland England.
For deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Devon and other outlying areas, a surcharge of £149 applies due to the distance involved. This is shown at checkout. If you're not sure which applies to you, just message me before ordering and I'll let you know.
What to expect on delivery day
Someone will need to be home to receive your reformer and sign for it, as it's a large, heavy item that can't be left unattended. The team will bring it inside and place it in whichever room you'd like, so there's no heavy lifting for you.
Please make sure you're in for your slot. If the team arrives and no one is home, the delivery will need to be rebooked and a redelivery charge of £99 will apply. I'll always confirm your slot with you beforehand, so it's easy to plan around.
Your reformer travels in a sturdy wooden crate built to protect it on its journey. As standard, the delivery team will bring the crate into your chosen room but won't unpack it. If you'd like them to open the crate and remove the packaging for you, you can add this service at checkout for £50. Otherwise, you'll need a hammer and a small crowbar or pry bar to open it yourself, so it's worth having someone on hand to help.
Once it's out of the crate, your reformer folds away easily and moves around your home on its own wheels. Please keep the crate and packaging safe. If you decide to send it back, you'll need them.
Cancelling your order
Every Sculpted Reformer is made to order, and your bed goes into production as soon as your order is placed. There's no shelf of finished reformers waiting to be sent out. Yours is built for you. Because of that, if you cancel before your reformer is dispatched, you'll be refunded the amount you paid less a 35% cancellation fee, which covers the production and materials already committed on your behalf. Refunds are issued within 14 days of you letting me know. To cancel, email marcella@sculptedbymarcella.com. Once your reformer has been delivered, the returns terms below apply instead.
Returns after delivery
I want you to love your reformer. If you change your mind once it's arrived, you have 14 days from the day it's delivered to let me know.
It must be unused and in the condition you received it, in its original crate and packaging
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. It's an 80kg item travelling by courier, so please budget around £85 or more

If it comes back damaged, incomplete, without its packaging, or shows use beyond what's needed to try it out, I may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
If something's wrong with it
If your reformer arrives damaged or faulty, email me with photographs as soon as you can, within 48 hours of delivery and I'll put it right. Getting in touch quickly helps me sort it faster, and it doesn't affect any of your rights under consumer law. In most cases there's no need to return the whole reformer. If a part is damaged or faulty, I'll simply arrange for a replacement part to be sent directly to you by post, so you're never left packing up a 60kg bed for something small. Every reformer carries a one-year warranty covering replacement parts and accessories, sent out to you the same way. Accessories and smaller items
Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is covered by you unless the item is faulty.
