Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sculpted by Marcella. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, memberships, and all related offerings. By accessing or using any part of Sculpted by Marcella, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information

  • Company Details: Sculpted by Marcella is owned and operated by Marcella, providing online fitness classes, retreats, one-on-one coaching, and related wellness services.

2. Eligibility

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform or have parental/guardian consent if younger.

  • Health Disclaimer: By participating in any Sculpted by Marcella programs or classes, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that would make your participation unsafe. Always consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

3. Memberships and Pricing

Sculpt & Flow Membership

  • Monthly Fee: £30 per month.

  • Access to all online classes.

Thrive Membership 

  • Monthly Fee: £99 per month

  • Includes online class access, nutrition guidance, monthly coaching calls, and weekly WhatsApp check-ins..

1:1 Coaching

  • Customisable sessions priced from £85 per session, depending on the service, in person and online available depending on location. Please email Marcella directly for more information.

Retreats

  • Prices start at £549 per person.

  • Specific terms and conditions for each retreat, including refund policies, are outlined in the retreat booking agreement.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing Marcella directly. Cancellations must occur at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid charges for the following month.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partially used months.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.

Retreats

  • A deposit is required to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the retreat-specific terms outlined during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Sculpted by Marcella, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Marcella and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your membership access with others or distribute Platform content without authorisation.

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes or violate any applicable laws.

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the functionality of the Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Sculpted by Marcella provides wellness and fitness services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results.

  • You participate in all activities at your own risk. Marcella and Sculpted by Marcella will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for your membership or service.

8. Physical Products

Made-to-order items

  • The Sculpted Reformer is manufactured to order. By placing your order you understand that production and delivery lead times apply, and that an estimated timeframe will be provided. We will keep you informed throughout.

Pricing & offers

  • Launch offers (including any discount, included membership period and accessories kit) are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. The Reformed membership included with a reformer purchase (3 months as standard, or 6 months as part of the launch offer) can be activated either from the date of purchase, so you can begin your journey on the mat sooner, or from the date your bed arrives. The included period begins on the activation date you choose. After this period, Reformed membership continues at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled.

Payment

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. Pay-in-instalments options (Klarna, Clearpay) are available subject to their own terms and eligibility checks.

Delivery

  • We deliver to your door. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Please inspect your item on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Cancellation & returns

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Return shipping for large items is arranged and paid for by the customer. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Warranty

  • The Sculpted Reformer carries a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults, replacement parts and accessories supplied by post. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow setup and care guidance.

Membership included with a product

  • Any membership included with a product purchase is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
