I created this space because I wanted something that didn't exist, a boutique online studio where you feel genuinely supported, not lost in a sea of thousands. I'm a highly qualified Yoga, Pilates and Barre instructor, and nutrition coach with over 9 years of teaching experience. Everything I've learned is in here and I add to it every single week.

I’ve experimented with different types of exercise and diets over the years and what it does come down to is what you can do consistently.

If you start an exercise knowing full well it doesn't work with your lifestyle or you don't enjoy it, chances are you’re setting yourself up to fail. If you start a diet that feels too restrictive, you won't be able to sustain it long term. I've been there and it sucks...
