The filters explained

These are our signature weighted barre classes on the Sculpted platform with optional added props such as weights, Pilates ball, blocks, a wall, resistance bands and sometimes a chair. These classes are more fitness based.

Our Barre Body classes are our bodyweight classes with sometimes the occasional use of a Pilates ball, blocks, resistance band, or chair. More of a traditional barre class and slightly less challenging than our burn classes.
