I’ve experimented with different types of exercise and diets over the years and what it does come down to is what you can do consistently.

If you start an exercise knowing full well it doesn't work with your lifestyle or you don't enjoy it, chances are you’re setting yourself up to fail. If you start a diet that feels too restrictive, you won't be able to sustain it long term. I've been there and it sucks...
